In this sample project, I transformed a cluttered inbox into an organised, action-focused workspace. By setting up custom filters, labels, and priority flags, I reduced response time, prevented missed emails, and created a system where nothing fell through the cracks. This structure allowed for faster client communication, smoother follow-ups, and an overall more efficient daily workflow the kind that frees up mental space and saves hours every week.
Calendar Management
In this sample project, I designed a streamlined Google Calendar aimed at improving productivity, prioritisation, and clarity. I used colour coding, visually differentiate event types, priorities and recurring tasks. I also set up timely reminders to ensure nothing slipped through the tasks. The end result was a calendar system that looked neat and genuinely helped simplify scheduling and keep things running smoothly.

For this trip, I created a 3 days comprehensive itinerary for a client going on a trip to Toronto. This plan includes flight details, airport transfers, hotel check-ins, and a well structured daily schedule for fun events. All logistics are clearly mapped out, cultural expectations and etiquette are detailed which makes it easy to move through each day confidently without worrying about missed events and last minutes changes or offence.

The goal was to find out how many Nigerian Professionals relocated to Canada compared to USA. My process included visiting the countries immigration websites to get accurate statistics. I compiled these information into a clear and easy-to-read format with accurate data entry.

For this project, I conducted a 30-minute competitor research for a skincare brand targeting Gen Z. The goal was to identify three direct competitors, analyze their product offerings, and compare their pricing strategies. My process involved exploring online stores, brand websites, and social media pages to understand how each competitor engages their audience, the type of products they offer, and how they position themselves in the market. I compiled this information into a clear, easy-to-read format that allowed the client to quickly spot market gaps and opportunities. The research not only highlighted the strengths and weaknesses of each competitor but also provided actionable insights the brand could use to refine their own product positioning and marketing approach.

In this sample project, i conducted a research on the Top 10 largest cities in California, geographical size in miles(mi²), number of parks, and the population of each cities as at 2024. The goal was to curate a travel itinerary for visitors to California by ranking the top 10 largest cities' geographical size, population, and park availability, highlighting vibrant urban hubs with abundant green spaces for memorable outdoor experiences . My process involved exploring AI tools like Gemini, DeepSeek, and Google to attain knowledge of different views. I compiled this information into a clear and easy-to-read format with accurate data entry that allowed the client to quickly understand and gain access to different websites where more information can be found.
